RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return Policy
- Due to the expenses incurred by returns, we make every effort to insure your order is shipped accurately and that the product meets our standards. If a return must be made, please note the following policies:
- Returns or exchanges will be accepted for merchandise accompanied by receipt if returned within 30 days of purchase. Returned merchandise must be in new sellable condition and be accompanied by all its original packaging. All accessories, documentation, owner’s manual and unfilled warranty/registration cards must be included with the return.
- No returns will be accepted without prior approval from CarrilloCustomsInc.com. Please contact us via email in order to review your request.
- Defective merchandise may be repaired or replaced as our option. The return of defective merchandise may be approved at the discretion of CarrilloCustomsInc.com.
- Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. If the incorrect product was shipped by our error, we will issue a full refund. Carrillo Customs Inc. recommends that you ship your return package using a carrier that offers shipment tracking and insure the package for the full value of the shipment so you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.
Returns or exchanges will not be allowed on the following items:
- Firearms, Optics that have been mounted on a firearm, Ammunition, Upper Receivers/Caliber Conversion Kits, Special Orders and Custom Personalized items.
*Carrillo Customs Inc. reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason. Carrillo Customs Inc. will only accept the return of merchandise purchased from Carrillo Customs Inc. If conditions are not met, Carrillo Customs Inc. reserves the right to refuse or charge a 15% restocking fee.
Time of Refund:
- Carrillo Customs Inc. will issue a credit to the original payment method for properly returned merchandise. Please allow 2-4 weeks after return of merchandise for the credit to be processed and visible on the applicable payment statement.
Return Location:
- Any Carrillo Customs Inc. items purchased from CarrilloCustomsInc.com can be returned directly to our retail store. You must bring in your original invoice when returning items to our retail store. Any shipping charges from the original order are not refundable.
Shipping and Restocking Fees:
- When items are returned which were not defective or shipped in error, we may process your return less our shipping & handling costs and a 15% restocking fee.
Exchanges:
- When returning merchandise to be exchanged, shipping charges incurred by the customer both ways will not be considered in the exchange.
